Zeal Recruitment is recruiting for a Site Supervisor/Site Manager to help assist one of our leading contractors to work on a project in Rugby.

The Site Supervisor duties will be:

• Ensuring all workers arrive to site on time and in the correct workwear
• Working alongside another Site Supervisor.
• Upholding and enforcing company Health & Safety policy
• Liaising with Project Manager and reporting any issues
• Ensuring works are running to schedule and within strict timeframes
• Instructing workers on site of daily objectives
• Conduct regular inspections on-site to make everything is as it should be
• Encourage and mentor workers on site

As a Site Supervisor you will need:

• SSSTS advantageous
• SMSTS – site Management
• CSCS Card
• DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence
