We are recruiting and seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant on our temps desk.

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the construction sector, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading construction companies. You’ll build strong relationships, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with construction companies to understand their recruitment needs and
provide bespoke staffing solutions.
• Utilise multiple channels (job boards, social media, and networking, referrals) to attract and engage high-calibre construction professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring trust and a high level of service.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, vetting candidates,
and placing temporary workers within the East and West Midlands.
• Stay updated on construction industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets through effective recruitment strategies and client management.
• Visit sites daily to build the relationship and be a visible high energy recruiter

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have experience in recruitment and within the construction sector however we are looking for character as we can train skill.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on results.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and a proactive team player.
