Are you a Finishing Manager looking for work until Christmas?

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a highly regarded building contractor in Telford until Christmas 2024. The ideal person will have strong background in snagging and a keen eye for detail to work in conjunction with the Site and Project Manager on the project handover.

The Finishing Manager duties will be:

• Managing the internal finishing and snagging
• Supervising the Finishing team
• Inspection of completed internals, ensuring they meet specification and quality
• Instructing workers on site of daily objectives in line with project completion
• Upholding and enforcing company Health & Safety policy
• Reporting for any Health & Safety risks or hazards to Project Manager
• Overseeing inventory of finishing materials and equipment
• Ensuring Site Management and Project Manager are informed of progress and reporting any delays
• Working in line with company QA procedures
• Encourage and mentor workers on site

As a Finishing Manager you will need:

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First aid certificate
• Full UK Driving Licence

The Successful Finishing Manager will be ideally from a back ground in New Builds/Apartments, have a strong understanding of snagging works and a keen eye for details.
